Seminar (B.A.) – Introduction into multivariate data analysis using STATA

This course provides a basic introduction to the statistical software STATA. During the seminar, participants will replicate a research project, learning both data management within the program and the statistical analysis of real survey data. The course is divided into three main blocks: In the first block, participants will become familiar with the basic structure of the STATA software and learn how to navigate within the program. In the second block, students will be introduced to various aspects of data management. The third block will extensively cover linear regression.No prior knowledge of Stata is required. However, it is recommended to have attended an introductory statistics course as the focus of this course is on the practical application of these concepts.
